W-2. Every Serenity therapist is an employee on payroll, not an independent contractor.

Do I need to bring my own clients?

No. We do the marketing and booking. If clients love you, they rebook with you.

Can I do more than one type of work?

Yes. Plenty of our therapists mix studio shifts with chair events or mobile sessions. Check every box that interests you on the form.

How much does it pay?

Pay is commission per session plus tips, and you keep your tips. Rates depend on the type of work, and we walk through them on your interview call.
